Subject: Cancellation of Interview scheduled on 10th March 2012
Dear Mr. Daniel,
We regret to inform you that the interview that was scheduled for the position of Assistant Manager on 10th March 2012 has been cancelled due to the sudden hospitalization of our
department head. We have not yet decided the next date for conducting the interview. As soon as the date is decided we will make sure to intimate you accordingly.
In any case due to the cancellation of this interview we are requesting all applicants to kindly intimate us their convenient date and time in the next week for organizing the interview. You can mail us or reach to our department assistant on the numbers mentioned and inform your convenient dates. The cut-off date for us to receive information regarding this is 12th March 2012.

We once again apologize for the cancellation of the interview.
