Dear Mr Dunstan,
I, Ms Kirsten, from the Streamline Cable Services, am writing this letter to make you aware of the fact that the cable services rendered to you by Streamline Cable Services has been cancelled. The cable services account in your name has had payment dues for
four months. Since you have been a regular for the payments of the cable services for months on stretch for all these years, drastic actions were avoided for a fair bit of time. However, the respect for redemption provided to you by Streamline Cable Services has not reflected in your actions and the dues stretched on further.
At last, with despair in sight, the Streamline Cable Services has cancelled the cable services which have been provided on your name. We are hopeful that you would get things sorted out and get access to the excellent cable service which Streamline Cable Services provides to our patrons.
