It is very unfortunate that this letter has come into effect to make you aware of the fact that your account for supplying the construction materials for construction projects under the banner of HULT Constructions Ltd has been cancelled on an absolute basis. This step has been
intimated while the urge made for checking of the quality of the construction materials supplied by your firm. However, the necessary actions were not taken on your part and we are compelled to cancel your account for supplying the construction materials.
The glitches in the quality of the construction materials has started affecting the image of HULT Constructions Ltd among the crowd of potential consumers and besides cancellation of the account, no other option was left in view for us. I hope that we would work together for developing a successful venture sometime in future. However, the current partnership stands terminated with this communication.
