Dear Ms. Melina,
I hereby wish to bring to your notice that I want to cancel the agreement entered into with your company vide agreement no 1234 dated 01st January 2011. According to the terms of the contract your consignment has to reach my company before the 05th of every month. In
spite of repeated requests your company has never delivered the consignment on time. Due to this delay my company has faced a lot of financial loss and this is simply not acceptable.
I therefore want to cancel the agreement entered into with your company due to non-compliance of terms of consignment delivery. We do not wish to have any business transactions with your company in future as well. You can get in touch with our legal department for completing the formalities of agreement cancellation.
