Dear Bidders
I am writing this letter on behalf of the corporation to invite request for proposal for construction of 3000 kilometers railway line network in the remote areas of western London. The estimated cost of the project is approximately around $1 billion. The entire project is to be
completed in two years. The four lanes broad gauge railway line is to be constructed with superior quality materials to ensure longevity. The construction job includes lying of railway lines in tough geographical terrains. The proposal invites international competitive bids for construction of the railway line with Fe grade 500 steel. Only those companies which have prior work experience of handling similar projects are eligible to bid for the project. The company awarded the project finally has to keep $ 1 million as security deposit with the corporation.
All the interested parties can collect the information brochure from the project manager’s office. The last date for submitting the proposal documents along with the bid amount is on 30th August 2012.The bids will be opened on 5th September 2012 and the lowest bidder would be awarded the project.
