Dear Mr. James
I am writing this letter to invite you for the meeting to be held on 8th August 2012 in my office on the issue of labor violence in our manufacturing units. You must be aware of the fact that the recent agitation by our employees has severely hit the production of our company. I would like
you to ascertain the causes of their agitation by meeting the labor unions and take a copy of their demands. You should persuade them to return back to work normally as the management of the company is ready to accept all their legitimate demands. We would discuss the different strategies to convince the worker in order to bring the production of the company back to the normal.
You are requested to confirm your attendance in the meeting by sending a written reply to our office. You should try to attend the meeting under any circumstances as the matter is very urgent and requires quick action from your side.
