I am writing this letter to inform you that the second round of interview for the post of graduate engineer trainee would be held on 30th July. The first round of interview was held on 15th July 2012 but you were not present in the interview citing some medical problems. The management of our
company has decided to give a second chance to all those candidates who have missed the first round of interview session. We have selected some potential candidates to join our company from the first round of interview.
