This letter is in reference to the admission of your daughter Mia Filed in the Ballet Dance Academy. We have received your admission form and we are
pleased to inform you that all the admission formalities for Mia’s admission have been successfully completed.
I would like to bring the fee structure and payment details in your kind notice. You are required to submit an admission fee of $450 and quarterly fee of $600 for Mia’s admission and continuation in the Dance academy. I have attached a fee calendar and formal fee agreement with this letter for your perusal.
