Announcement Letter Format

To
Name [write the name of the recipient]
Address [write the official address of the recipient]
Date [write the date on which the letter is being sent]
Subject: [write a precise and well framed subject for the letter]
Dear Mr. /Mrs. /Ms. ______________ [write a proper salutation and title for the recipient]
First paragraph: [The first paragraph should be used by the sender to
acknowledge about the announcement in a very precise manner]
Second paragraph: [In this paragraph the sender must elaborate the announcement and details related with the announcement. In this paragraph you can also write about any actions that is required to be performed as a result of the announcement]
Third paragraph: [The sender must conclude his/ her letter with the announcement and specific details about the announcement that are not covered in letter so far.]
