Dear Mr Robin,
I am writing this letter to inform you that the Workshop authorities have accepted your application for attending the workshop on Earthenware products. However, there are certain things which the workshop authorities need to make it clear to you. As you have mentioned that you
shall be reaching the workshop destination only after two days of start, you will be missing the starting two days. The schedule is quite tight and the authorities have given up on rewinding the teachings of the first two days for which you have mentioned in your application letter.

However, you can ask the concerned people to give you a detailing on what you have missed and I assure you that you will not be disappointed in this regard. The registration form for the workshop has been enclosed along with this letter. Please bring a completely filled form while being here for your first workshop day.
