Dear Mr Thomson,
This letter has come into effect in order to serve the purpose of notifying you about the cancellation of the Mobile Phone Line which is provided to you by the CPL Telecommunications Ltd. there are certain reasons which have been taken into account before
concluding on the cancellation of the Mobile Phone Line provided to you.
Firstly, it has been over 45 days until the 1^st of July 2011 that the Mobile Phone Line which has been provided to you has been used. Moreover, it has been over 6 months that any kind of recharge has been served to your CPL Telecommunication Ltd’s Mobile Phone Line. Now, as per the policy which CPL Telecommunication Ltd follows, cancellation of the Mobile Phone Line has become obligatory. An intimation note in this regard was addressed to you prior to the cancellation. I hope we get opportunity to serve you in the future.
