Dear people,
I, Mrs Stevenson, principal for Williamson school for extracurricular activities, am writing this letter to make everyone aware of the fact that the camping trip which has been scheduled for the next weekend has been cancelled. I have been informed that the
venue which has been decided for camping has not been safe for even the skilled people and hence it is no good to go out there. It is for this reason that the camping trip has been cancelled.
The concerned authorities thought of postponing the camping trip. However, there is no intimation of how much time will it take for the place to be calm and safe for us. Hence, cancelling the trip was the only option left. We would like to bring on a consensus on some other recreational activity in place of this cancelled camping trip. Hoping that everyone understands the need of the hour and react accordingly,
