Dear Mr Lewis,
This letter has been drafted to express disgust and grievance about the defective washing machine which I brought from your on 19 November 2010. It has been not more than 4 days and the washing machine has started behaving abrupt. We thought that like the
name the products from Gem Electrical Appliances would be like a gem; however, unfortunately, we have not been met with the desirable product.
Besides this, after getting encountered with the said problem, I personally inspected the washing machine and I was shocked to see that it has severe scratches on its body and even the plug connecting wire is about to get worn of. Our trust has been betrayed and I believe severe and quick actions will be taken on your part to restore the same. I hope for a favourable and quick action from your side to deliver the promise which has been made.
