Dear Mr North,
This is Mr Gomes writing to inform you about the cancellation of the car insurance for your car. The insurance which you have done for your car bearing the number MCX 45 has been terminated absolutely because of couple of reasons. Firstly, the information provided by you regarding the details of the said car and the expenditure related to the
said car, has not been rendered on a truthful note. This fact has surfaced from the documents submitted by you for the extension of the car insurance period. Secondly, even after having demanded the precise details about the said car, the same was not delivered to the insurance firm in the stipulated time period.

Hence, the cancellation of the car insurance on the said car has come into effect. This cancellation is on effect from 15^th November and details of the cancellation of car insurance are enclosed along with this letter.
