I, Mr Jones, from the Spic N Span Cleaning Firm, am writing this letter to make you informed about the fact that the agreement which The Mall has entered with our cleaning firm has ended its duration and hence the services of cleaning the mall has been
cancelled. This cancellation of cleaning services would come into effect from the 1st week of the coming month.
The cancellation of the cleaning services has been intimated in the last communication between the two sides. And since there was no further step taken from The Mall to extend the agreement of cleaning services, there was no option left in front of us but to cancel the cleaning services rendered by our cleaning firm to The Mall. I hope that the two firms would work together once again in the coming future and result in the culmination of a successful agreement like the one which has culminated.
