Subject: Complaint about harassment by your hostel wards
Dear Mr. Matthew,
I am writing this letter with a very sad note. The problem is that my daughters who are studying in college have to pass by your hostel as there is no other way to reach the main road. When they are passing by, some boys from your hostel harass them by
making bad comments at them. This is very disturbing to them and now my daughters are scared and refusing to go to the college if not accompanied by some elder of the home.
This kind of a behavior is not at all acceptable from at least wards that live in a reputed and decent hostel like yours. I appeal you to immediately look into the said matter and punish those involved in this kind of misbehavior.
