You are requested to be present in at 10 0’clock in the auditorium of the administrative building of the company. We will hold a meeting regarding the annual performance of the company in the financial year 2011 2012 .We will also discuss the target to be achieved in the
financial year 2012 – 2013.You are requested to bring all the details about the orders placed by our clients for the upcoming financial year .The stakeholders of the company will record the company’s profit for the past financial year. We will have to report the total earnings of the company for the first and second quarter of this financial year. You are requested to prepare in advance for the meeting by preparing slide show of company sales for every month of the past quarters.
