Subject: Business tax correction letter
Respected Sir,
I am writing this letter on behalf of Fortune Enterprises. This
letter is in reference to the business tax statement that you sent to
our business organisation on 20th January 2013. Upon checking
the tax forms and statement of the current financial year, I noticed
that there was some error in the computation in the total business taxes
for our organisation.
As mentioned by you in the business tax statements, we have to pay
our business tax for
the total of 10 business sites that we have worked
upon. This is to bring to your notice that we have worked for 8 business
sites in the current year. Also, the taxes are being computed according
to 10% rate instead of 8%.
We have earlier submitted you a business tax reduction form. The form
stated that there is a reduction from 10% rate to 8%. A document of the
written agreement and approval of the same by your department is being
enclosed for your review.
We are hereby enclosing a copy of our business ventures according to
which our sales tax should be re-calculated and drafted. In case of
further inquiries or correction, you may contact us on 3893932.We look
forward to hear from you for an immediate response.
Thanking you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
Joseph Fred
Sales Auditor
Fortune Enterprises.
