I write to you in behalf of Green Crusaders, a group of students who want to achieve the goal of helping save the wonders of nature. This April, we will be commemorating International Earth Day by sponsoring a painting contest for children. The contest theme will
be, “Save the Earth, Save Lives.” The contest will be open to students aged 8-10 years old in an effort to start awareness about caring for nature at a young age.
We will be needing support for the said activity as our group is a non-profit organization and lacks the funds. Since you are a local bookstore, we wish to ask for donations of paper and crayons from your company to help defer our expenses. We know that your company is keen on using recycled materials and have also held your own activities for environmental awareness.
