This Lease Agreement Signed By The Owner And Lessee Stated Above Certifies That Mr. Robin Henderson Is The Sole And Legal Owner Of The Lot And Building At 31 Appleton Avenue, Birmingham, West Midlands And The Lessee, Mr. Gavin Upton, Has Leased The Said Property Which
Consists Of Two Bedrooms, Living Room, Dining Room, One Bathroom, Kitchen, And Garage As Well As Several Pieces Of Furniture.

As Per Agreement, The Lessee Will Pay A Total Amount Of £5,000 Every Month Broken Down As Follows:  Monthly Rental Fee Of £4,000, £500 For Electricity And Water Bills, And £500 For The Furniture.  This Lease Is Valid For One Year Starting On May 1, 2010 And Ending On May 2, 2011.  At Termination Of Agreement, The Lessee Should Submit The Property To Thorough Inspection For Damages Before Leaving The Premises.
