Dear Mr. Stevens,
This letter is in reference to the tele conversation that we had this afternoon regarding your acceptance for the post of Network Administrator in our organization ADS technologies. We are pleased to have
you as a part of our organization.
As we discussed, you are required to join from 1st March 2012 and would be required to administrate our networking setup. You would be required to monitor and configure network architectures, network based applications and protocol suites, configure and implement web services.
You will be paid an annual compensation of $42000 and the notice period for leaving the job would be 60 days. I have enclosed the employee agreement and all the details pertaining to your job responsibilities along with this letter.
Kindly revert back with your acceptance and signature of employee agreement before 24th February 2012.
