Subject: Service agreement letter
Dear Mr. Symonds,
I am writing this letter in reference to our proposal of outsourcing
the customer care department of our organization. We are glad that you
have accepted our
proposal of outsourcing.
With this letter, I want to bring the major terms of this joint
venture into your kind consideration. We’ll outsource the entire
customer care department from 15th April’ 2012 and will
provide you a monthly compensation of $15,000 in lieu of your services.
You will be required to manage the smooth functioning of all the inbound
calls from our customers, have to register their complaints and solve
their queries..
A detailed service agreement is being attached with this letter. Any
sort of corrections and amendments in the clauses of the agreement are
welcome. We have scheduled a meeting on 24th Feb’2012 to
discuss and finalize this service agreement. You are kindly requested to
attend the meeting in our office and all the queries pertaining to the
agreement can be discussed their.
