The Management of Philippine Airlines extends its sincerest apologies to
all passengers inconvenienced by the recent September wildcat strikes
staged by the ground crew union at the NAIA terminal 2.
Philippine Airlines volunteers (administrative staff and ground crew union members who did not join the work stoppage) were immediately mobilized to replace the striking workers in an effort to resume operations.
Philippine Airlines is grateful to the various airport and law enforcement agencies, our management volunteers and our loyal passengers for their continued patronage during these challenging times for the national flag carrier.
